Phillipa - I didn't forget about you. I just cannot get up the nerve to try the small amount of fluoxetine. I've thought about it but my anxiety is too high lately. I have it for when I am ready.

In the meantime, I spoke with someone last night who used Meridia along with following the Medifast diet and lost quite a bit of weight.

Any reading I have done regarding Meridia has shown poor results for weight loss. Go figure. It's an NSRI that seems unhelpful for depression, too. I am going to start a thread on it and see what folks have to say.
