Anyone know a Seattle pdoc who'll prescribe MAOIs?

I have two under my belt who've tried SSRIs on me, but refuse to prescribe an MAOI.

So I thought I'd ask if anyone knows of any psychiatrists in Seattle, or really anywhere in Washington state, who are will to prescribe MAOIs for severe social anxiety?
