Have you tried combining Wellbutrin with a SRI? When combined with Zoloft, you get Welloft, a doctor's nick name for this treatment.

Actually, I might have been on a combination of Zoloft and nortriptyline myself. I would have to check my notes. I responded to the addition of Zoloft briefly after being on it for two weeks at 200mg. I have no reason to believe the combination is unsafe.
