I tried Klonopin for social anxiety, but stopped it because it was ineffective. In social situations, my opinion is that you want to present your best face to others, and Klonopin caused poor memory, which made me come off worse than when I wasn't taking the drug. It also didn't resolve the issue I had with a lack of drive to interact with people.

However, Depakote worked great, even though it wasn't prescribed for this purpose. I simply no longer had any anxiety about dealing with people. However, I still had no drive to interact, so Focalin was added to the mix, and with that I can both concentrate on what the other person is saying, and also be interested in actually going out and doing things with people.
