My doc didn't mention Vit C. So I did a search on NAC & Vit C.
2001: "This acute human inflammatory model strongly suggests that vitamin C and NAC supplementation immediately post-injury, transiently increases tissue damage and oxidative stress."

I also found some links that suggest taking it w/ Vitamin C.
"When taking L-cysteine, N-acetyl-cysteine, or glutathione, it is recommended that three times as much vitamin C should be taken at the same time to prevent these amino acids from being oxidized in the body."

I give up.
That was the only recommendation the new pdoc could give me after my previous pdoc gave up on any med changes or new trials.
