See my STAR-D* study post below as well as the link included here. Study found antidepressant augmentation with T3 thyroid (Cytomel) (very stimulating) was superior to Lithium. Are you taking an AD? If so, maybe consider adding Cytomel instead of lithium to your cocktail.
