Ok, so, I've had this shortness of breath on and off now for almost two weeks. Sometimes it is with anxiety and sometimes it is not.
Now, here is my new symptom:
I'm anxious as can be, took my Klonopin 1mg and Propanolol 20mg and 1mg of Fast acting Xanax this a.m.....Also had my 1 cup of morning coffee to counteract the fatigue I get with the meds.
So, all morning, my anxiety has been flying including right now and I am tired as can be even though I'm tapping my feet all over the place as I type and sort of feel a little short of breath. HR is o.k. with the beta blocker now. I slept 8 hours of good sleep last night and feel like I could sleep another 8 hours. I think I should be able to fall asleep depsite the extreme anxiety I'm feeling right now.
How can you be so anxious and sleepy at the same time? Please explain this. Is it that my body is just so fatigued from all the free floating anxiety that has persisted now for so long and I''m just worn out.
I just had an MRI of the brain today. I kinda hope something shows up so I can get "fixed". I havn't had a med change in weeks and I've kinda cut back on the benzos...This makes no sense.
