Hi Jay,I'm not quite following the one about you not quite following the one about Cyproheptadine... ;) I was just refering to the usual cocktail administred in SS crisis, which include Cyproheptadine for 5-HT2A antagonism, and not suggesting that it could/should be use as I already know that it's almost always part of the cocktail.
The hypothesis is that an acute dose (much more than for depression/anxiety) of Tianeptine added to the usual cocktail could be beneficial. While I'm far from being confident that it would work I think it deserve to be tested in vivo in a lab.
What do you think of the rationale behind this ? Any idea ?
