Getting off Topomax

i'm getting off all my meds and detoxing.
i've got SE from them all and none are working.
i've never been more suicidal and more miserable.
i want to start with Topomax.
i'm on 100mg can i cut the pill in half or do i have to get a Rx for 50mg?
