wellbutrin sr initial efficacy / first few weeks?

Posted by frillyknickers on July 21, 2008, at 13:00:39

the first few weeks on wellbutin were some of the best weeks of my life in a long, long time honestly. it went away not long after that. we tried increasing the dose [150mg to start, upped to 300, then 450] but it didn't help much.

I went off it cold turkey at one point. when I went back on, I never experienced the same thing as those first few weeks.

this confused me quite a bit. it seems like it's not simple tolerance [increased dose does nothing, stopping it and starting it does nothing] so what IS this about?

I know I'm not alone because I've seen other people with similar stories about wellbutrin
