It feels like powery bits and sounds like it too when I awake after clenching.. the grit is extreme , as wwell as the apin. I'm afraid of going to sleep.. LOLIf you had trouble breathing, be cautious with benzodiazepines -- you may be a slow metabolizer. Large enough doses can cause respiratory depression, aka collapsing of the lungs. Hopefully this was just some idiosyncratic reaction.
