First take it with food. Always take meds that affect you like that with food. Second, if it's that bad I would ask my psychiatrist for some medication for the nausea. There may be something over-the-counter or a prescription med. They've got a lot of new prescription drugs for nausea nowadays. Lastly, ginger is a great home remedy for nausea. I've tried it and it works but I wouldn't settle for a home remedy if it's so bad.
