well 'peakier' and 'valley'-er may not be accurate

"peakier" and "crashier" than spansules may be more accurate. either way it probably makes the medication more stressful.
i am worried that the anti-abuse effect of the drug will lead to overdoses from frustration, when the drug doesn't offer the most immediate relief addiction sufferers want after they crash.
