The doctors in my clinic very, very rarely prescribe Nardil. If you had success with it before it may be worth considering.
You, of course, need to create a plan of action with your own doctor. Number 1 through 6 in your list should be treated with CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). Yes, I really think a good psychologist and frequent, well-structured therapy work as well as drugs for these things.
What is your diagnosis? Do you see a psychologist regularly? What meds are you taking now?
You are okay. You will not always feel like you do now.
