Zoloft + Abilify??

Hi,
I've recently been prescribed Zoloft along with Abilify to treat my depression and anxiety. I took Abilify 2mg daily for 2 weeks while I was weaning off Paxil and now I've been on Abilify 5mg and Zoloft 50mg for 3 days. In a few days I will increase Zoloft to 100mg. For anyone who has taken this combination, or Zoloft alone, what was its effectiveness for you? How long did it take for the Zoloft to start working?
