Quit Nardil, back on Celexa. Strange side effect.

I quit Nardil and I'm back on Celexa. Nardil wasn't working and it was only making me gain weight.
Ever since I began Celexa I'm experiencing some strange feeling in the area of my head around my jaw, throat and back of my head.
It's like a chronic feeling of grinding my teeth (mostly my molars) but it extends back towards my throat and occipital area. So I'm not really grinding my teeth, but rather some muscle in my head is involuntarily tensing hard all throughout the day, to the point it makes me tired and gives me some discomfort and a mild headache.
It feels like tourette's syndrome, but I'm not sure if that's what it is.
Has anyone experienced this side effect on any antidepressant?
Any info would be appreciated.
