Agomelatine powder can probably be acquired from some chemical suppliers.
Unfortunately, mirtazapine, nefazodone, and cyproheptadine all block serotonin 5-HT2A rather than 5-HT2C receptors, so they can hardly emulate agomelatine. As far as I know, there is no reasonable choice for for a 5-HT2C antagonist on the official pharmaceutical market.
