EMSAM: Help, when does it start working?????

If anyone knows how long EMSAM usually takes to work, please let me know. I am on day 11, still nothing and still having horrible crying spells...

Shouldn't I have felt something by now??? I don't know if I can wait through 6 weeks of this. Or does it get better week by week?

I greatly appreciate any help or advice!!
