Hey, the STAR D program got what, 80 something % of people in remission, with I believe a maximum of two drugs at any one time? Roughly something like that. They didn't pile meds on top of meds. They switched to different meds. One was added to another, but they didn't get 4 or 5 going at the same time. Just 2. The accumulative remission rate was high. It was just a matter of methodically trying something else.
If you ever responded well to your stimulants, they could be back to life with Memantine, which prevents, reduces, and reverses tolerance. But overall, I agree with the others, it is time to make some changes in the program. Reduce the meds to 2 or 3, and get some new ones in the mix to replace the old.
