I took my last 60 mg last night, and tonight I start the 80 mg. So far today I feel pretty good, but the nausea and dizziness has been mostly in the afternoon, so we'll see how that goes. I feel slightly more alert today, but I don't trust my judgement on that type of thing - I know I'm easily influenced by what I expect to happen. Plus, today I'm at work and the last few days I was at home laying around, so it stands to reason I'd feel more alert today.
