Spoke to pdoc on the phone today. I'm going to continue at 30 mg for another 3-4 weeks as he feels it needs more time to work...we'll revisit it then and decide whether to increase. I feel a bit better today and felt some motivation to get a few things done around the house and also enjoyed curling up with a book which I haven't had much interest in doing for awhile...so I have to remember to focus on the subtle changes and hope they continue.
