Blue-blocking Glasses To Improve Sleep And ADHD Symptoms Developed
http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/11/071112143308.htmthink i will start some sort of blue blocking method soon, i have bug lights that i have used in my room before (i never sleep without light.) i think my efforts in this area we're ruined tho, as i did not buy a blue blocking screen or use blue blocking glasses when using the computer. the lonely computer use leads to insomnia leads to lonely computer use leads to insomnia loop i think made the bug light measure completely ineffective.
what's the deal/mechanism? does melatonin production reduce excess serotonin?
