Have you thought of getting neuropsychological testing done. My neurologist agrees we may not see anything from the MRI. She thinks it will show up with the neuropsychological testing, especially tests related to memory. I still have disorientation too and can't find my way around town after over a year of stoping the treatments. I was getting rage episodes too where I would not recall what happened afterwards. Those are mostly gone or at least not as frequent. This is another thing that has them wondering if I am having seizures. I don't think so, but who knows.
