> I started Ritalen last fall. All other meds remained the same. Soon after I find myself rocking a bit when I am sitting down with out realizing it. Over the last month my left hand and arm have started trembling. It happens when I use the computer or hold a book to read mostly but I've experienced it other times too.

Welcome indeed. Lots of good personal experiences shared here. Lots of support & understanding too.
Re your problem, hmmmm..... I have sleep apnoea + depression. I have been on high dose Effexor for years. It gave me bit of anxiety + nausea at first and whenever I'd increase the dose, but that always passed in a few weeks.
I've also taken up to 80mg of Ritalin a day to combat the sleep apnoea induced tiredness. I did that for years too. Ritalin DID give me problems, namely rebound tiredness on the weekends and it affected my judgement a LOT, ie I felt "unrealistically optimistic". It also made me anxious sometimes too.
Never did I specifically have the symptoms you're describing. Still, even as I type I can't help thinking that your symptoms could also be caused by anxiety. In particular, anxiety + Ritalin. Does that sound plausible?
Can you cope with cutting out the Ritalin for a while to see if it's responsible?
Another possibility of course is the interaction of 2 or more of your meds. My doc's always saying how there's little scientific data on the effects of combining meds. The longer the list, the more "unique" your experience will be.
Let us know how you go.
Take Care
M.
