Decreased appetite has been reported in post marketing.
Sweating has been reported in some larger studies at 6% in general
One study mentioned salivary hypersecretion (drooling) at 48% to Zyprexa at 6%.
Another larger study mentioned it in general at 31%
That's why you wake up and feel the need to spit. Its not the only agent that can cause this I believe but it is by far the most known.
Similarly, somnolence (drowsiness) at 48% to 25%.
Typically around 50% of people on clozapine mention some form of drowsiness, it is by far the largest side effect, followed by drooling, and risk of seizure cumulative up to 5% per year mainly based on dose -- this is the other thing monitored mainly for clozaril, not to scare you, but that is one of the two main medically concerning issues besides WBC.
