you're probably getting alot of the anxity from the abilify.
(unless anyone corrects me)
but i had concerns of abilify being to stimulating for me that's why i went with Geodon. it gave me several days of bad aggitation but thats gone now.
a great AP for anxiety is zyprexa....
but read my post above to you about meds. and docs.
