I couldn't tolerate it beyond 3-4 weeks. My main symptoms have to do with general free-floating anxiety, and I felt that drug is antithesis drug for anxiety. Even though, I've heard it's the "gold standard" SSRI for anxiety, which is why I gave it two chances to work, but no dice. The stuff makes me feel disconnected and on edge even more without it.
But don't let me discourage you. Give it a good 5-6 weeks and if you feel the cons outweigh the pros you should reevaluate its use. JMO.
