controlling choline and inositol

Hi,

I am looking for different angles to stabilize (mainly to lower) choline and inositol levels in
the body.

Choline and inositol inhibit TMG (trimethylglycine) synthase. My goal is to
increase TMG synthase using simple enzyme induction, and lower inhibitors of TMG synthase
(to promote more TMG production).
