I was about to ask the same question as I was wondering about your neuropathy. So does it continue to keep the pain at bay despite losing the euphoric effect? Here in the UK my GP said it is being widely used now as they have found it to be a very effective medicine. It certainly took away my post herpetic neuralgia after shingles but it did make me stagger about rather alot as the dose was increased.James
