bad mood

I go through out the day sometimes its too much. I have work, but my brain goes faster than i think it should. (by the way, i want to respond to alot of posts)
I wished i could say some things but its giving too much info.
Alot of my day is filled with anxiety, mixed with rushing thoughts. I have to go off benzo's because of this doctor.

Its not fun.
