Hiya! I've been on Lamictal for over a year and dye my hair regularly - often Including bleaching and I've used the dye you are talking about and I've never had a problem - If you normally have quite sensitive skin then do a skin test but otherwise you shouldn't have a reaction
If you are still worried then still do a skin test!

I dyed it blue-black (Schwarzkopf Live Color 'Cosmic Blue' http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/invt/0229199) back in February and now my blond-ish roots are coming through I'm starting to look like a badger. I was just going to let it grow out, but now I'm getting impatient. I suppose I could do one of those skin sensitivity tests on the inside of the elbow? It just seems like too much hassle. I've never done one for about 10 years.
