Emsam - still not sleeping much

Has anyone reduced the dose to try to combat insomnia? I had insomnia at 9 mg too (currently on 12), but was not taking patch off.

So now I'm going to try to use only 9mg and take the patch off early.

I might also try potassium citrate...anyone aside from d0pamine do this?
