While it did give me tremor, dilated pupils and elevated body temperature within hours of the first dose, I haven't noticed an antidepressive effect yet, on day 5 (15 mg). (The tremor abated in response to memantine, and the temperature declined in response to low dose cyproheptadine; the pupils remain dilated, but that's cool).
