Put simply Parnate is more of an amphetamine-like stimulant (but not everyone feels this effect), while Nardil is more sedating. Nardil also has GABAergic metabolites that help anxiety, a bit like a benzo. Sexual problems are much more common with Nardil than Parnate, as is weight gain. I get the impression Nardil users are more prone to severe hypotension and consitaption. Both of them tend to cause insomnia.
