The half life average of Luvox is 15 hours and Paxil is 21 hours. These don't include variations and they don't include reaching a peak plasma level.
Which benzodiazepine do you take -- I believe it was Valium, the same combination I do. While it isnt always clinically significant, they are both eliminated by CYP450 3A4 meaning that they can potentiate each other.
But the potentiation I think is more because they are (esp Valium) CNS depressants. And the same would go for Paxil, though it is 2D6.

At any rate, they should all be taken at night, they are all somnolent medications, unless Luvox doesn't make you tired. I take split dosing of Luvox but I am on 200 and that's too much at once.--------
I got your babble -- without violating too much of your privacy, since you have mentioned it here, "playing around" with medicines on your own is not a terribly good idea. I know you have struggled to find a pdoc with medicare, but if you can't find any, at least a GP.I assume you've looked at www.medicare.gov/Physician/Home.asp and searched for distances around (your city, state).
Its tough but at least any doctor who has dispensed psychiatric medication before is better than obtaining scripts, which I fail to see how you can without a doctor -- I won't go there any further for site rules. I mean what if you run out of your "stash". You'll collapse on the Paxil definately, the withdrawal can be nasty although thats not much of a dose.
