>There are no serious dangers, unless you have phenylketonuria - a rare genetic condition. If you take frequent massive doses of DLPA, there is a possiblity that it might interfere with tyrosine hydroxylation (and hence reduce dopamine and noradrenaline synthesis) and with tryptophan transport across the blood brain barrier.
