I know what you mean, it's almost like enjoying being restrained and tortured, but I don't see why you should feel guilty about liking a medicine that makes you feel better. I certainly don't feel guilty about liking codeine. Or low-dose amisulpride. :-)
I don't like Zyprexa, Seroquel or Abilify because they made me feel so awful. Abilify was particularly evil, but I gather it's having a different effect in you. I think perhaps we associate them with other pleasure-blocking drugs like naltexone, and possibly as tools of social control, hence the sinister overtones. That and the serious side effect profile.
