if so, just in case you don't know, i need to mention that if we change usernames, we have to notify admins (on the Administration board in the list.)
the current rule is that we can't use two usernames. if you are using two you have to pick one.
apparently, this has been the only way to effectively control strange "sock puppet"-style manipulation of discussions/arguments that some people have used before. even two people on the same IP cannot have separate usernames, so this seems to indicate that the behaviour got very destructive or prevalent on this board before, and that strong rules on this are indeed unavoidable.
