I tried it @ 20 mg a few years ago. It did wonders for me (both for depression and social anxiety). Unfortunately, my pdoc decided if a little bit was good, a lot should be better. At 120 mg I wound up with severe akathisia and a frightening inability to stay awake while driving. I tried going back down to 20 mg but it never worked again. I think there may be something to it, though, for the right person.
