I have tried 5 different antipsychotics and am now on 700mg Clozapine daily. However, I am SO TIRED all the time, I'm like sleepwalking through life. So my doc has decreased my Clozapine to 600mg and will hopefully decrease it further, and substitute it with Amisulpride. I'm quite excited about this as it will hopefully give me some energy and make me less sedated, which would be great!!

At the low doses I've used (up to 100 mg), it's more stimulating than sedative, but a lot more may be required to replace 700 mg of clozapine.
