burning fingers from touching water

i was in the shower, warm not hot water, making one hand have my fingers feel raw and scalded and very irritated. the burning continues afterward, and is continuing now. my shower was a while ago. other hand was not affected. only this one. happened as soon as i was touching water with this (left) hand. water was in no way warm enough to burn, and there was no injury to my hand from before.
very wierd. i get a lot of akathitic feelings in my hands face and legs. tingling. rippling. fuzzy electricity like feelings. burning only happened once before, in the same circumstances. water.
