reacting to my remeron

Hi, I am taking Remeron. What does remeron react with? I think someone either gave me something -- or some food I ate is reacting with the remeron and it is harder for me to focus and i get this almost burning feeling in my cheecks. What could be causing this? I am only taking remeron now but I eat out a lot.
