In reply to Nardil is wreaking havoc on my circadian rhythm, posted by DavidLA on March 11, 2008, at 23:55:22
I'm sorry I can't help much. I am new to Nardil, only seven days. So far Trazadone works great for me. But I was taking it before I started the Nardil. I am not having the side effect you describe but I understand how frustrating it must be.
Have you tried taking your sleep med about half an hour before you want to go to bed? And then go to bed whether you feel like it or not and trusting that it will work? Have you considering increasing your sleep med?
Just some thoughts.
