Scared about NMS

I have had panic attacks since I took Sulpiride, I got fever and was afraid it was NMS. I took ibuprofen and the fever settled and I have no muscle rigidity. Are my concerns irrational? What are the risks of getting NMS with sulpiride at low dose? You who are experienced AP users and other knowledgable people, who does one tackle such anxiety?
