Parnate poop out and why

I did a search here on Parnate poop out. Most of what I found was personal experience or trying ways around it.

I was looking for any kind of study as to why this happens.

Years ago my pdoc told me that after a year or more vacation there was a good chance it would work again. NO such luck.

Thinking after about 5 or 6 years since I tried it to try again. Just wondering if I am wasting my time.
Also some posts by willyee and others about how Parnate has been reformulated in the US I know nothing about this. Perhaps that is the reason it did not work again even after several years?
