Nardil adjustment - help needed

I need some input. Two weeks ago my doc moved me up on Nardil from 30mg to 60mg per day. I am feeling agitated/anxious/dizzy from the change but I expect these side effects to taper away. Any guess on how long these side effects will last and any guess on when the increased dosage will help my depression? We were at 45mg for a few weeks but backed down as it seem to agitating at first. Any ideas/thoughts would be appreciated.
