Well, I have periods when I'm depressed and I have periods of having more energy, when I get things done. The periods can last from a few day to a few weeks. Maybe cyclothymia, but with severe depressive episodes, like not being able to work.
When you say an activating AD, can yo give me an example? I think Remeron is me making tired at 30mg, I think I was better off at 15mg. I can't remember how it was being on Lamictal, but as an anitconvulsant it sure aint activating. In theory, Lamictal + Remeron should be a powerful combo, unfortunately it didn't turn out be IRL. Can you remember how long it took for you before it started to work?/Mattias
> Cycling MDD? Sounds like a subtype of bipolar. What exactly are your symptoms? Lamictal works well in combination with an AD. Sounds as if you need an activating AD for you fatigue. I take effexor and Lamictal. When I hit 200mg, life felt normal for once in years. Still going strong. Been on it for eight years now.
