What is your current social anxiety cocktail?

Just curious what is working for people. I also am very moody, possible bipolar II along with social anxiety. I am taking:
Geodon 240 mg
Prozac 40 mg
Klonopin as needed
Adderall 10 mg
Lamictal 25 mg
It is working ok, but I can't say that it is great.
