for me, it really improves my sleeping...

i take 50 at 10 pm, + 3,75 mg of imovane, and i usually wake up at 2-3 am,

then i take another 50 + 3,75, and "work" about one hour on my laptop,

then i wake up at 8 am for the new morning...

about my "working" in these days see "books"
