upped meds

I went to the p-doc yesterday and he upped my paxil from 40mgs to 50mgs to see if it helps make my mornings better. I have been on the paxil for like 3 months do you think I will get any side effects from upping the dose or since I have been on the paxil for a while I will not really notice the change. Thank You Suebird
